Is there on-site parking?
Yes, there is parking available at our sites, some may be chargeable. We always encourage walking, cycling, scooting, piggyback riding to our play café where possible. We have space to safely store pushchairs etc when you arrive so please don’t worry about that.
Unfortunately, bookings made are non-refundable.

Children 0-10 years

Under 1 years £3.99 for 90 minutes play per child aged.

1-10 years £6.99 for 90 minutes play per child aged . This may be less in smaller stores.

Any children under the age of 1 can use the soft-play if accompanied by an adult. You will be required to book and pay for any children using the soft play.

We advise booking in advance to secure a table.

Yes. We would love to host your event whether that be a birthday party, baby shower or even a corporate family fun day! Please book via our softplay and party here.

  • Two hours of play in our Bouncing Beans play frames.
  • Choice of meal:
    1. Fun Lunch – tuna, cheese, or jam sandwich with three snacks.
    2. Pizza Party – margherita pizza with two snacks.
  • Snacks such as Quavers, Pom-bears, raisins, Soreen, yoghurt, fruit, veg sticks, cookies, party rings, and more.
  • Unlimited squash for all children.
  • Party bags with colouring book, crayons, bubbles, and two (vegan) Swizzles sweets.
  • Option to add extras like chosen themes, light-up numbers, and adult charcuterie boards.
Yes. We will retain any lost property for 30 days. After which, any unclaimed items will be donated to the charity shops locally.

The soft-play is suitable for ages 0 to 10 years inclusive.

Yes. Bottle warming and highchairs are also freely available.
Yes both are fine.

We understand that you would like to capture the special moments we know you will have during your time at Full of Beans so we do allow this. However, you must only take photos or videos of your own children.

Yes. We have a maximum play time of 90 minutes to ensure all children and families are able to enjoy the facilities here at Full of Beans. If you require a longer stay, a new charge will be applied at 90 minute intervals.
Socks are compulsory to maintain our high levels of hygiene and protect your little one’s feet. Shoes are not permitted whilst playing on the equipment. We also ask you to tie back long hair and avoid loose items of clothing where possible.
Yes, we are a breastfeeding welcome café. We aim to offer a safe and comfortable environment for all to enjoy.
Unfortunately not, your children must not be left alone and are your responsibility at all times.

Yes, we can cater to allergens. Please let us know some food items your child enjoys, and we’ll provide suitable alternatives. (Please note, no outside food is permitted).

Yes, our specially designed ground floor levels are fully equipped for babies and children under the age of 2.
You can enter the equipment for the purposes of tending to and retrieving your child if necessary. Although it may look great fun for you too, adults unfortunately aren’t allowed to play.
No. At Full of Beans we are proud to offer a wide selection of excellent value, freshly made food and drink options that we trust you will enjoy. Therefore, we ask you not to bring your own food and drink onto the premises with the exception of baby milk and baby food. Please see our menu here.
Adults must be aged 16 or over to supervise.
Please report it to a member of staff as we may need to record it or take action to prevent further incidents. Our team are first aid trained.
Yes, parents must read the Rules of Play board located on the front of the soft play equipment before their children can play. Parents must ensure their children play in a friendly manner. Children found to be upsetting other children will be asked to leave the play equipment.

We offer both private hire and snug parties, and capacities vary by store. You can find full details for each location on our website.

No, alcohol is not permitted in any of our venues.

We take care of all decorating for you. You can choose from our standard themes or request a bespoke theme via our website. The only items you may bring on the day are helium balloons and your cake.

Standard theme with orange table cloths, cups, plates and multicoloured birthday banners.

Balloons, a colouring book, crayons and vegan sweets in coloured paper bags.

Additional children can be added up to a week before the party by giving us a call and we will advise you accordingly.

The minimum spend includes the hire fee.
